Does deleting the DB and all files suffice for a clean reinstall? Also, is the beta 3 install package on the download site all good now?

I already used the first ver. broken upgrade patch, so just want to be sure it's all reset.

Ps: I meant to ask if now the download section has the newest files, since the first upgrade didn't, but I guess I'll find out. Installing SMF doesn't take half an hour like certain other software anyway

It should, but if you want to guarantee that you have the very latest, you can always get them by clicking the big, green Download button on https://github.com/SimpleMachines/SMF2.1.

Yes, I'm very aware of that button as well as the ones on the git client I have, but I wanted to know about the status of the file on the site. Thank you.
