Default Glow BBCode

When I click the Glow Icon the default glow color is red and there are number

How can I change the default to orange?


BTW what are the numbers for

Sorry to boost an old topic, but can the user change the colour (and strength) in the post itself just by editing the colour and strength when placing the bbcode, or does it have to be specified in the post.template.php?
