Missing stuff

Under my Logo there should be this info. The info you see below is missing..

I have one Staff member who does not have this on her skin, default smf skin is the same blank..

I have a couple of images to show you.. This person seems to be the only member effected by this..

It looks like that member collapsed their header. Look to the far upper right of the forum and you will see an up or down arrow (on the default theme and most others as well)

Just have her click that arrow and she should have that all back

Simple little thing like that, caused so much confusement, we went on for over a week trying different things..

That did the trick.
