Missing the BBcode icons above new messages

^ I would like to have the ability to click on the images to place BBcode for me.

I just started my forums, the error log has 7000 instances of something about

Any mods installed? Can you please turn off template eval and tell us what error is logged? (Server Settings)

I have disabled the eval logger and this is my error, around 9000 of them

Can you try to uninstall that mod to see if that's the issue?

The mod was an attempt to solve the issue, and is not working as intended. Mod was removed with no change to my understanding. Which is limited in truth.

use What is repair_settings.php? to fix your URLs that may fix this issue as well.

Just to clear up the issue, the core paths were set to local 127.0.0.1 or something close. But the repair.php fixed my issue. I would like to thank the two of you for the help!
