Hello,

I've made the changes to have my forum accessed through https but some images won't show. When I click to open the image in a new window it shows like this domain.com/proxy.php?request=http%3A%2F%2Fi1.kym-cdn.com%2Fphotos%2Fimages%2Ffacebook%2F000%2F126%2F314%2F3cd8a33a.png&hash=35b4335e9f8308bc427049241889b664

how can I fix this?

I've selected the proxy option, shouldn't it automatically change? What am I missing?

Most images with http won't work.

Thank you.

I can't edit my previous post, I just wanted to say that I tried some fixes from other threads with the same issue and none of them seems to help me.

No replies. I guess no one knows....

I'll go back to use the forum without ssl.

It also shows this icon in the address bar with "this page is trying to load scripts from unauthenticated sources"...

is it because of the images or there's more stuff that needs changed?

Shambles

There were/are a few issues with the original proxy code.

If you go back to using SSL and enable the proxy, try posting that image (http://i1.kym-cdn.com/photos/images/facebook/000/126/314/3cd8a33a.png) again then refresh the page.

If it then shows up you can apply a temporary fix* or wait for the SMF 2.0.15 patch.

I did as you said and it didn't show up again. It showed as broken :(

Also we had a drop down menu in the navigation menu which wasn't working with ssl active.

Now that I went back to using it without ssl everyone is getting a browser notice that the site isn't secure. What can I do to change this? :(

I should've stayed the way I was... so many issues.

Okay now I activated ssl again just so browsers will stop saying the site isn't safe but I did change all forum urls back to http. I know that in some browsers it will redirect them to https and the issue with the dropdown and the proxy will happen again.

Any temporary fix until 2.0.15 is released please?
