5.5.47-0+deb7u1 - (Debian) don't work with my smf.

after i update from 2.0.13 to 2.014 i get an error.


" error. can't connect to database ..."


After i export my database from mysql 5.5.47-0+deb7u1 - (Debian)
and then import in a new database (5.7.12 - MySQL Community Server (GPL))
then smf can connect to database.

I have the old database, if you want, i can put the old in the Settings.php. then i see the error again.

Weird, I wonder what Debian did to the MySQL connector to break it like that

That's my point: I run MySQL 5.5 with SMF 2.0.14 just fine.

Debian appears to have done something that isn't compatible!
