What could be the difference to the other forum ?

What version of SMF are you running?

I ask, as the link you gave shows a forum without copyright info, which would give the version.

There are a few diagnostic approaches you/your admin can take, as this has been reported before (quite recently actually).

But as said earlier, removal of the attribution statement signifies that 'official support' isn't required.
