WYSIWYG doesn't appear in 2.1 Beta 3

We installed the 2.1 Beta 3 version, with SSL, but the WYSIWYG editor doesn't appear. Do I need to activate it somewhere or something? I was looking for this in the forum and checked the option in Themes and Desing, but is unckecked. I don't know what more I need to do and didn't find ant other solution in the forums before posting.

You need to check that option you said in Themes and design>Member option
Also you might need a Shift+F5 refresh in topic.

It's enabled by default on the forum, but when posting you'll need to click the "View Source" icon (or press Ctrl+Shift+S) to enable it there. It's the last icon.
