I have changed my smf installed folder  name from forum1 to forum.

I mean hxxp:mysitename.com/forum1 [nonactive] TO hxxp:mysitename.com/forum [nonactive] and then used repair setting tool. Rest worked and updated smoothly...

But when we try to visit post... url contains forum1/ instead of forum/.... same thing is about remove topic, previous-next topic links, notify, mark as read etc all buttons are till link with forum1/ instead of forum/

What can be solution ?

Illori

can you provide a link to your forum so we can look at the issue?

Do a clean install.  You can also search the database for /forum1.

$boardurl was correct, forum was loading, more likely he missed some links.  Would be nice if repair_settings had an option to reset all paths.

Repair_settings.php doesn't fix links to other posts within message bodies.  Sounds like that was the issue here.

Also, not all theme settings are changed, e.g., logo.

Mod settings, too...  I think that is what was meant by "buttons".

Is that the [Restore all settings] link?

yes.

All these years, never tried it.  Not being the sharpest knife in the drawer, always assumed it was a clear form or undo link.  Would be a lot clearer (to me, anyway) if it were called 'Update all settings', and placed at top of path settings.
