Is there anyway to enable captcha on forgot password/reminder page.

I am using 2.0.14 version and tried http://custom.simplemachines.org/mods/index.php?mod=1623 mod...But it is not working..

Additionally, How can allow only Email instead of Email/Username in forget password ?

I found http://custom.simplemachines.org/mods/index.php?mod=4136 this mod, but when parsed for 2.0.14, Error shown
