Guest Permissions - Attachments

By default guests on our forum do not see attachments.
The text displayed is "Invalid Attachment". I would like to change it to "Guests are not allowed to view attachments". What file would need the editing please ?

Hmm, that doesn't seem to be core code.  If guests do not have permission to view attachments, they see nothing.  Are you running a mod?

No. None of the Mods have anything to do with Guests. Guests on our forum can browse the posts but cannot see the attachments. If any posts contain an attachment the attached screenshot is what they would see. Registered member can see the post with the attachment.

But we do use the Inline Attachment Mod. Does that have anything to do with this text message.
