PM Notification Popup

Hello Friends,
                    My theme does not shows any notification on Private Message. I searched about PM notification mod but all of those are useless and does not works on latest SMF Version. Can anybody help me?

Admin>>Themes and Layout>>Member Options.

Scroll down to the theme you are using and find-

Configure guest and new user options for this theme

Open and scroll down to "make sure Show a popup when I receive new messages" is checked
