Summary of Issue
As an administrator, if I modify any post other than my own I get a message:

"An Error has Occurred!
You are not allowed to access this section."

However, the changes I made still post. The other administrator, as well as any account that has moderation, has experienced this issue.

Whenever I check the error log, there is no error associated with the notice.  To double check this, I've cleared out the error log, reproduced the message, and gone back -still empty.

Hello!

Yes, it does happen in both production and test. I did not think of changing the theme.  I did try both the "Core" and "Curve" default themes and both produce the same result of ""An Error has Occurred!   You are not allowed to access this section."

I just wanted to do a bump to see if anyone else has seen this.

Looks like you've done a lot of diddling with 'Post Anonymously In Topic' mod.  You can try uninstalling it, but some of the changes you made could cause the problem to continue.
