How can I edit the text displayed after a new member completes the registration?

Hi, I need to add some text in the messages displayed after a new registration is received.

The URL would be like this:

www. my domain .com/forum/index.php?action=register2

Also, I would like to edit the messages sent to the new member's email address once his/her registration is manually approved by me. Can I do that?

Please keep in mind that I am using a language pack in Italian so I guess I need to edit some files in that language pack.
