issues logging into SMF support

I don't know if its Firefox or the web site but I get this prompt that the connection is not  secure after  trying to log into SMF support ...  but don't remember what the  password is to reenter. I post my user name and click on forgot password. it tells me the  info has been sent to my Email.  don't have a clue where it went or if I had a old E Mail addy listed. what can I do ?  had this issue last year
