Limiting the "edit post" feature

A member can abuse the "edit post" feature and delete all his posts.
Is it possible to LIMIT the modify feature to ONLY the most recent post made? Any posts made before the last one cannot be modified?

Is the edit time limit not enough for your problem? You could leave a few hours or a day to be able to edit a post.

Admin -> Posts and Topics -> Post Settings -> Maximum time after posting to allow edit

there is a mod Modify Posts At Anytime if you want to allow certain people unlimited edits.

I use it for my trusted members.
