Database Error after clean install SMF 2.1.14 on Wamp

Our install SMF 2.1.14 on WAMP 64 on C:\wamp64\www








It's error when access menu admin -> feature and option.

How to dissolve? I using "repair_settings.php" for check config and not found anything. Thank you!

Disable IPV6 in apache/stop it listening on ipv6 for the last error for inet_aton
