logwatch and a question about the daily amount of data copied out of my forum

Hi,

I run logwatch that tells me, among other things, the volume of data accessed from the site; data, images and sound files.

it's huge - like 1.7 GB and growing.

is this normal ? is it being scraped or is this the nature of those strange guests (not search engines) that crawl over my site ?

are they up to no good or what ?
