1.0.5 to 1.1 Upgrade problem

I recently upgraded my SMF to the latest version, I copyed all the new files over my old files, I open the upgrade.php file and it says theres still files that need to be upgraded? Ive updated all my language things as well, I can still acsess my fourms, (i changed step=0 to step=1 and it gave me a page that said it was updating) but some of the things on the admin panel don't work, Example: Calander edit.

try downloading the smf_1-1-rc1_update.tar.gz again and re-uploading the files. Sounds like something didn't get uploaded.
