Hi, wonder if anyone can help, please?

I've 2 x members, who have recently stopped Moderating for me, so, I've taken away their rights, but, for a period of 90 days, want to disable their PM facility, both sending and receiving. Without going into to much detail, they've had access to a lot of 'sensitive information' over the years, and I want to protect this, along with my members.

I've managed to do this, by creating another member group, called No PM, but stupidly, it shows on their profile, and looks very unprofessional.

I want to keep both members in my regular member group, so they benefit from all the post counts etc, but just disable their PM facilities.

Is this possible?

Thanks in advance.

set the group as an additional/secondary group and it will not be visible.

Sorry, thanks for your reply, but how do you do this? Bit of a novice unfortunately  :-[

it is an option when you modify their profile.

Nope, not getting any option when I go to their profile as an Admin.

In profile account settings, click on  [ show additional groups ], check the No PM group, set the primary group to something else.
