Does anyone have code to rewrite?

I am searching everywhere and the only place I could find this is at the other forum providers

My forums is having some mixed content due to people linking images with http instead of https (in signatures)
Is there anything available that would rewrite http to https?

I have enabled image proxy but that failed didn't help.

Somehow imageproxy wasnt enabled, re-enabled and now it works D:
