Add Notice to each post ?

I was wondering if there is a way to add a notice to each post?
I would like a disclaimer added to each post on the board, unsure if there is a mod or
a modification could be done.

Can you please specify, where exactly you'd like that "notice" to appear, in posts view, while writing a reply, or at some other place?
Please provide us with more details

if you wan a notice to appear above the writing window, when a user is starting to MAKE a post -- look in the mods section for "boilerplate"
