Group creation error

Hi I am getting an error like this.
I do not know how to solve it. The method I did not try was not there.
But I solved it in a different way.
I think that solution is not smooth.

The question is:
When I create a group, I choose the group name and all categories.
Then the error I get when I create the group is: "Please go back and try again."

You are sourced with what this problem is. What is the solution?

My solution is;
I am emptying the smf_permission, smf_board_permission tables from the database. I need to have the number of the category of smf_board 993 and below.

I enter the "Membergroups" section. I click "Add Membergroup".

I am filling in "Membergroup name:". I am checking all "Boards the membergroup can see". Click add group and I get this error. "Please go back and try again."

You are running SMF 1.1.21, not 2.0.  Large forum, lot of customization, old beta version of TinyPortal.  Tried to register, got error message (in Turkish).  Can you pm admin access so I can have a look around?
