How move all topics to another SMF

Hi, friends.
I need your help.
I have installed SMF 2.0.14 with 20 my topics. I change my hosting and I did new installation of SMF 2.0.14. To copy and paste this 20 topics is hard. I'm looking for a way to transfer this 20 topics to new SMF. Any ideas ?

This is not for me. I have a new SMF with some topics and I want to add topics from old SMF. Maybe this is impossible.

we dont recommend trying that due to the way the tables relate to each other.

You can try merging the two forums with this.  Don't know how reliable it is.  Back up everything in both forums before attempting merge.
