Forum loading page

Since yesterday and after my friend added MediaWiki to the forum, we are facing forum loading page from time to time. Forum can't load sometimes and its unavailable for some time, last night was about 50 minutes when we noticed for the first time, then in short duration, same today, for short time, but happens often.

are you on a free host? if so that is your issue. you need to pay for hosting to get what you want.

Yes, but I have 1 more site on the same free host without any issue. Daily hits limit is 50 000 and 5gb free, inodes was at 60% last night.
Forum is still in creation phase and it may take 1 or 2 months till we finish it. I think its not yet necessary to move to payed hosting? Btw if answer that I need can't be public, please answer via pm then.
