Non-critical error and color change Question

I'm getting this error that appears to be non-fatal, since nothing dies...

and wondered if you could tell me what it means and how to fix it? I'm very new to the SMF and found it on my host's (PowWeb.com) list of self-installing scripts. I could not be more pleased with it so far.

Also, I was wondering how to change the quote background from that purplish-color? I thought it would be in the style.css file, around line 84 where it says /* A quote, perhaps from another post. */ but that didn't work.

There is a language string missing.  Re-upload Login.enlish.php select overwrite when you upload.

yea thats where you have to edit for the quote for each theme.
