OK done the upgrade and the host is also now on PHP5.4 but the forum is not showing properly
Run the repair_settings.php the paths look ok so not sure what's screwed up

I saved the debug during the upgrade if that helps.

I can provide FTP access, Sir Osis of Liver ?? to have a look if need be. My PHP skills are very basic.

Just so you know, you minimum basic PHP should be 5.6, no less.

There are no theme files in your "Themes/UKVGA" theme folder. You need to reinstall that theme (which I've never come across)

The PHP version makes no difference if the theme files aren't there  ::)

Set all users to the default {Curve} theme and see how you get on...

Managed to set the Theme in the admin section to curve default and all is good, Brilliant I can now go on and test a few things and slowly add my mods in.

The UK VGA was a custom theme built by an administrator that has long gone now and was for SMF 1.X.X. What I can do now is copy the default curve to a new UK VGA and put back in some of my mods.

Thanks for the help.
