Someone has the SMF Bay PRO

Well doing a little research I managed to gather several parts but being so varied I'm not sure, mostly they are lite and some are somewhat old. The most current version was attached in http://www.simplemachines.org/community/index.php?topic=375966.msg2644055#msg2644055 but but it was erased, without being able to find it anywhere, and I would like if someone had it, I would pass it to be able to compare it in addition to translate it into Spanish since it is a good modification and I have some time to devote to the code!

depending on the license of the mod no one may be able to legally give it to you. since at this point we dont know what the licese is that means we cant let anyone provide it to you.

I understand that however, the same author has released the code saying that he could not keep it active for the same day the pay version can be used or another person had time to devote to their development and if that modification is not lost (since ah invested time in it and so I read many used it to taste).

Then I do not fully understand why it would be illegal for someone to pass it on to me if the same author left before releasing the version to be exploited, in any case I do not know why SMF deleted it if the author (https://www.simplemachines.org/community/index.php?topic=375966.0) was the publisher then Who has the Autoria really? or there is something I do not understand what you called authorship.

i believe there is at least one other similar mod around and that mod is still supported, it is always best to use a mod that is still supported rather then one that is not supported.

Even having those errors I want it since I need it for something and I have time to develop it at least for me, locate many RC or minor versions that are incomplete. This would be the most complete version to be able to develop it but have an idea like this one armed to put something of 0, that starting from a base is much simpler!

That did not have it ha ha I will look at it although that style there are several facts or at least similarities in the other little and nothing I have seen more than particular things I want to use it in addition to sharing it since it is good and above all other person invested time in creating it I think it should not be lost so easily! ... If the risks of using a mod is not compatible or too old but for that reason I want to spend time updating it to be able to use it at least personally and it will be in another if I would share it (or create one from 0) in using it, and in everything case would not be well seen of the page is shared but if another user had it I do not see any problem because the author disappeared leaving the code free for those who wish to follow it in some future (at least it was sincere in that sense according to what I read).

That being said, the author left the mod available via link and did not actually state that the code was free to distribute or redevelop. And by removing the target of the link, he implied that the offer is no longer valid.

Without a clear statement that the code is distributable and allowed to be redeveloped, we can't hand it out.

I release the version but it was erased by some of the team of simplemachines for the errors it possessed (this is what I get to understand) for which the user deleted his account but left the menus of the modifications, since as above there are also others that the author appears and since he was not so requested, therefore he did not say he had so many mistakes, he did not erase .
The logic I apply is that if one leaves a file that is paid so that another can take advantage of it precisely for something is and if he did not want that material to be redistributed, he simply did not upload anything so that it would not be shared, if he got it for something it was also the same author I release it not a third reason why I do not understand at all the "redistribution of the author" that you say .

The author posted it then later deleted it. It would seem to suggest that he didn't want distribution, but since he deleted his accounts it's not like we can ask him.

If the same user had deleted it, it does not think it was also erased in the same way https://www.simplemachines.org/community/index.php?topic=375584.msg2644052#msg2644052 for which I do not understand could also be erased by the same team for having so many failures and the author is no longer present to solve the problems. I just want that version I leave in the attachment I do not ask for some more advanced one or that someone else would have developed it more, it is to be able to compare the code I have with a clean one.

we have answered you, we have answered you several times. there is a license that the mod has and we have to abide by it. as a result i am locking this topic as we are repeating ourselves over and over again. we cannot provide the mod to you at all.
