another help needed regarding text in yellow.

i point on buttons i can't change the color of them how can i?
if i point on them it turns it to yellow so i want to change it into purple.

and in this video at the exetreme bottom of forum you can see something like "Design by DzinerStudio" and other stuff , so i want to edit that how can i change or add text in that?
