Help on the top image and to delete some buttons

First, we tried to make the change, but it's the first time to work with css.

Sorry, but my friend and I, can not do this...
We already read many board's from the forum, but we cant do that widout your help.

1º - We want to delete (in the next image) these 3 red buttons in circle.

2º - We want to put the image of the club at the top, but the image always leaves the whole picture. we want full bord (100% on board) because if anyone has different web (or dashboard) settings the image get out off board or stay small. The picture of the club is on the blue line, and we want, on the green line.

Sorry by my bad language, but i'm portuguese.

The theme is Aluminium (2.0), and the smf_2-0-14_portuguese_pt, on Base 2.0.14

The main menu button array is in /Sources/Subs.php.  Look for 'all the buttons', just delete the ones you don't want from the array.  You have to set width: 100% for the header image in index.css.  Can't find Aluminum theme on theme site, where did you get it?

may be easier to  comment them out deleting fully could cause issues if they need to be added or if a mod or upgrade looks for it

That's what I would do, but it's easier to explain to a noob.
