How can i add this chat?

Hi everyone,

I'm so excited with this support live chat and i have the people to answer in it
I used Smartsupp Chat to create mine and it gives me de web code to put the system chat in my forum. I tried with "Global Headers and Footers" but isn't work (i don't know too much about this)

So i'm here now searching help. Someone can helps me to put the code in my forum and make it works?

PD: i'm chilean and my english isn't the better

Use a portal, you should be able to place the chat in a portal block.
