Report message system is not working

Hello everyone.
I was just testing the repport function...
I've sent the report and then i went to the moderator panel. There weren't any active reports....
How can i fix this?

how did you send the report?

Hi. I did it using the "report to moderator" link. But we finally got the reports after 20 minutes.
Thanks for the help though
