SOLVED - Insert Popup Dialog Box

New installation, SMF 2.0.15

I can't remember where the setting is, but I'd like the editor have a box open/popup when selecting the Insert function for an image, hyperlink, email or FTP link.

Now only the tags are posted in the reply box when the buttons are selected.

Consider this solved-

by going to Member Options in Themes and selecting use WYSIWYG editor on topic reply
