email system does not work

Hello everyone!
I've got a problem with smf 2.0.15.
When people reply to a topic where they're notified for, there isn't any email being sent. I've checked their profile and they have email notifications enabled...
Why wouldn't this work? I've set up the email configuration as my hosting provider said

Solved!
I had to change the webmaster email address to the same one as the mail adress
