Database (big) problem after upgrade made by my hosting

Hi to all members,

First of all, I hope you all had a merry Christmas. Now I would ask your help for the next (big) problem.
On December 23, my hosting remembered to upgrade (without my previous knowledge), or because I had not been aware of this, I did not back up that day, but luckily I did it on the 21st. I assume that I will only lose data regarding these days, and I say I presume because I am not being able to upload the contents of my database (name.sql).
Since the hosting also allows the database to be restored, I also tried it, but without success, because only 70 tables are saved, when in fact they are 128 in total.
The database is about 650Mb, it is quite large, but what I see is that it is still far from the limit of 1.024Mb.
I have already asked my hosting to reset the service before the upgrade, but I am told that it is impossible, and this is causing enormous damage at all levels, but especially my forum's reputation towards members, users and of course, search engines.
I've tried almost everything, I'm not able to reset the database, can anyone give me some tips how to solve this?
Thank you for your attention, especially for database specialists.

Greetings,

What type of hosting?

You could also split the database file into multiple parts and do parts at a time. You will just need to make you run the full query if you cut the file into parts.

I use hjsplit since it splits by filesize but you will have to open each file and move the queries that are cut into parts and move them from one file to another.

If you can't import the database with cpanel restore or phpmyadmin, your host should be able to do it for you.  You can also try importing it with a third party utility like MySQLDumper.  Manually splitting the sql is not really a good idea.  You need to move to a better host.

Thanks to all.
