Will not display properly after installing

I just installed the latest Simple Machines. All goes well until the final step when the dispay has no formatting. It is just plain text with no graphical components. Please see here attached image

I have tried deleting everyhting, including the database and reinstalling, but with the same result.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Make sure your theme paths and urls are all correct in Admin -> Configuration -> Themes and Layout -> Theme settings
You can also try Repair_Settings.php to do the same.  ( Hint: 127.0.0.1 will not work as url ;) )

Thank you! I ran repair)settings and changed the links to those recommended and it now works fine.
