Email, working , but not going anywhere.

I thought I would use my ISP email since I wont use the email system much and settings are pretty straight forward.
As typical I setup and tested the email to use to ensure it would send and receive and it does on a mail program.
I then setup SMF I see it contact the domain, they shows sent .....but nothing arrives..and nothing comes back with errors either. I should note this is on a new SMF install with no errors, just can't seem to figure why its sending ok, but not coming back and settings are right.

I am using Charter Spectrum and it calls for these settings.
SSL: This setting should be ON for both SMTP and IMAP.
Protocol: IMAP
Incoming Email Server: mobile.charter.net
Port: 993
Outgoing Email Server: mobile.charter.net
Port: 587
To ensure the settings where right I setup Mozzilla Thunderbird just to ensure it could send and rec as it should and settings are correct.

This is a copy of my setting.

Edit : PS nothing in queue........



 Problem solved I assumed it would not accept PHP default but my ISP apparently allows it.
