How do you remove Newbie under Admin ?

How do you remove Newbie under Admin ?
I seldom setup new forums and well forgot how I did it last time.

The forum is fresh with no members on it so I can move around what ever I need to but
can't for the life of me remember what I did last time. Tried searching didn't seem to find the removal just for admin
and or how?
