Session verification failed. Please try logging out and back in again

Please need help!

I am using the latest version of smf 2.0.15 every action i perform i get this error of session verification failed. cleared my cookies but did not work. I searched for this topic one of the forum says to open sources/packages.php and found the code but there is no exact code in my packages.php. I have  this code in packages.php

Please if somebody could help to solve this issue i have much data in my forum i can't re-install everything and start from the beginning.

what is your URL?
Are you using the default (Curve) theme?

not sure where you found those instructions, but no...  packages has nothing to do with your issue.
