Error upgrating from SMF 2.0.15 to 2.1.3 beta

Upgrading gives me this error:

Checking for "babylon" and removing it if necessary... Unsuccessful!

This query:
DELETE FROM ca_themes

         WHERE id_theme =;

Caused the error:
You have an error in your SQL syntax; check the manual that corresponds to your MySQL server version for the right syntax to use near '' at line 2

Any idea how to solve this?

Solved: I deleted manualy the folder of Babylon.
