Recommended Voice Chat Mods?

Looking in the MOD section some of the Mods that caught my eye are no longer supported.  We have a SMF 2.0.15 forum and would like a Mod (like Skype?) that would allow members to discuss technical issues with voice inside the SMF forum.  Not really concerned with video but that would be a plus.  Any suggestions?

Surely such a thing wouild put huge demands on the server?

Why not just use Skype? If you use video chat its free.
