Minimum post count for signatures?

I may be missing something obvious.

Is there a way to set it so members must reach a post count of 'x' before being able to add a signature?

https://custom.simplemachines.org/mods/index.php?mod=3237 has permissions for signature, so you add it to the post count group and dont grant it to the regular members group.
