Collect member scores based on their activities in the forum?

I want to know that if there is a mod or something which collects member scores based on their activities, such as, when they're posting topics, replying to topics, etc. And after these scores, collected by the members, should be able to change by the admin as need. Any help will be appreciated.

i have not heard of a mod like this, most likely if one does not exist you will need to pay a developer to create one.
