"Watched" Publicly visible in warning system

Good day everyone,

We have an issue here, whenever a moderator issues a warning to a user, a "Watched" icon publicly appears under his name.



Despite that the settings (in Security and Moderation > Moderation) of "Users who can see warning status" are set to Moderators only, all our regular members are able to see that.

We want that to be only visible to mods, any help please?

check the permissions granted to regular members, maybe they have some moderation related permissions.
