How to upload more stars?

If you are talking about how to add more stars to existing profiles, you can do it in Admin » Membergroups » Edit Membergroups

Then look to the modify link to the right of each membergroup. Click that and drop down to where you see Number of star images: and add as many starts as you want.

Number of stars, and filename of stars.
The latter even shows the path where you should place the file.

I do not understand what you're trying to say

You should first upload your star image in to the images -folder of your theme.
Then you can use those settings to specify the amount of stars to display, and what imagefile to use for the stars.

Yes but if you are only having a very small forum, and no plans to grow you could get a shared server from a host on the cheap.
Cheaps comes with many performance issues,support issues but seen some like 1.99 a month ( not a misprint) but only if you really know your goup wont get bigger its almost free and then you will have server access thru a cpanel to move stuff around.
( again shared servers are not a great idea for any site that may grown but neither are free host either)
