Take a look at this mod- https://custom.simplemachines.org/mods/index.php?mod=2657

You may have to emulate to 2.0 RC3 but it should work for 2.0.15

ADK Portal is definitely not the easiest to figure out at first, BUT - it includes basically the same functionality to build pages within SMF.
I haven't actually tried to see if you can only use the pages, and not the actual portal - but at least that's something to look in to?

i think almost all the portal mods can create pages. i know tinyportal can.

they can.... there is also the FAQ mod and the knowledgebase mod - if that's what you are looking for.

However, the bakers dozen works fine with a small bit of editing..
