Only now I realized that after updating from 2.0.14 to 2.0.15 in the installed packages is there four times SMF 2.0.15 Update. Someone knows why this is happening? What can cause this error? Can I safely remove three items 2.0.15 from the package list?

Deleting items from the list only deletes them from the list, it does not remove or uninstall the package.
