Creating Personal Messages Templates

It is possible to create personal messages templates?

As a forum admin I'm constantly receiving the same type of "help" question in my inbox. I would not like to block the messages, but to select to answer some of them fastly with a template mechanism. Is this possible?

There used to be a mod around somewhere called boilerplate that would let you do that.
