Login (upper left corner) doesn't work, but regular login does

This is a bit weird. My website, hxxp:clarinetpages.info [nonactive], has two login options.
1. In the upper left hand corner, there is a login feature (Fig 1) that has recently stopped working.
2. Whenever anyone attempts to login with it, the following error message comes up "An Error Has Occurred! Your session timed out while posting. Please go back and try again." (Fig 2)
3. The other login is located in the center of the page. Clicking on that brings you to a new webpage to login with, and it works (Fig 3).

Members are complaining and I have no idea what to do...

mozy over to the mod section and install Login Form Fix, which is the proper way to do it w/o getting into codes..
