sign up error

I have a feeling people are having a hard time registering on my 2.1 beta 4 site. When I see someone register, or trying to on my site it gives me errors in the logs like this:

Type of error: Undefined
  8: Undefined index: email_address

Line 170 of Profile-modify.php

I have registration set to email activation.
Is this a known bug or is it something new. I couldn't find anything on it while searching.

Changes have been made. I'll try to sign up with IE and see what happens.

Ok it looks as if no errors and I did get signed up. Never received the activation email though but I think that is a server problem.

Oh, I did get emails as well. So it worked all around. Thank you for the fix.
